Independent Foodservice Distributor specializing in COP proteins with emphasis on fresh seafood is seeking a self -motivated and ambitious individual for a Sales position in the Memphis, TN and Surrounding areas. With our on sight USDA Inspected further processing room and seafood further processing facilities we offer a niche that our competitors don't have. Job Description:

-Prospect and cold call on new customers.

-Key in orders for same/ next day delivery.

-Maintain pricing files for customers.

-Product consulting, Chef experience a plus

-Sample products with prospective customers.

-Develop a weekly new customer target list.

-Prepare weekly special sheets.

-Collections

-Meet weekly sales and new account goals as defined by the VP of Sales.

-Attend weekly sales meetings.

-Experience selling with a regional Food Distributor a plus

-Minimum 3 years restaurant background
