Position Summary
Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing seafood products, managing retail accounts, and driving business growth in the U.S. market. This role requires strong expertise in sales, account management, and supply chain coordination, along with the ability to forecast sales and identify new opportunities for sustainable growth. The position reports directly to the CEO and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Source seafood products from competitive global markets to meet company requirements.
Manage retail sales accounts, including customer relationship management and order requirements.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
Forecast sales and market trends in alignment with company goals and vision.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s presence into new market areas.
Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and competitive positioning.
Negotiate product terms, pricing, and contracts with supply chain partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, sourcing, or business development (seafood/food industry experience is an advantage).
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to forecast and analyze sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Capability to manage inventory and coordinate with supply chain partners.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
Employment Details
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote (flexible depending on candidate).
