Position Overview The Key Account Manager (KAM), based in Orange County, will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts on the West Coast. This role involves day-to-day order management, customer service, and building long-term relationships with accounts secured by our outside sales team. The KAM ensures smooth order fulfillment, timely follow-up, and issue resolution while driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
•Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
•Oversee the full sales cycle from order placement to fulfillment.
•Resolve issues related to customer orders and deliveries.
•Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and operational processes.
•Support the onboarding and growth of new customers acquired by the sales team.
Qualifications
•4–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (foodservice or B2B experience preferred).
•Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred.
•Strong communication and relationship management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience strongly preferred.
•Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish a plus).
•Ability to commute to the Los Angeles office at least three days per week.
