956 Fresh and Frozen Seafood Sales Manager-In Office-Miami
Our company was founded over 25 years ago. specializes in Tuna, Mahi, Grouper, Snappers and many other high-quality, sustainable seafood products. We are seeking a sales manager to lead our wholesale and retail sales with the following qualifications.
Candidate Qualifications:
*Minimum 10 years of experience in seafood industry.
*Knowledge of fish and seafood species, and standard price structures
*Proven contacts of customers/buyers in wholesale, retailers and distributors.
*Understanding prices structures of the seafood market in US.
*Experience managing/ leading a Sales Team is a plus
*Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to develop sales strategies.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to manage high-level accounts.
*Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
Candidate responsibility:
* Develop and expand sales in domestic USA markets.
* Develop and expand relationship and sales with customers, including wholesaler, retailer, and distributors.
* Lead company sales representatives to develop new customer’s and markets.
*Lead and manage Sales team, including coaching, motivating, and evaluating team performance.
*Conduct regular sales meetings.
* Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed.
* Report to company Vice President.
