About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commodity Seafood Salesperson to join our growing team. This can be a fully remote position, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business, focusing on commodity seafood importing and trading. This role offers significant earning potential for a driven individual with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets.

·  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commodity seafood market.

·  Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

·  Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and buyers.

·  Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities.

·  Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products.

·  Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

·  Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

·  Proactively seek out and develop relationships with international suppliers and buyers.

·  Reports to the Vice President

Qualifications:

·  Proven experience as a seafood salesperson, specifically within commodity trading and import (3+ years). Shrimp experience is a requirement.

·  In-depth knowledge of global seafood procurement practices.
