 MANAGER- SALES

 The Role:

The position oversees the development of sales and customer management.  This position works closely with a variety of stakeholders including sales, processing plants, warehousing facilities, accounting, IT, logistics and other various support staff. 

 You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze system data and troubleshoot day-to-day customer sales, orders and pricing

  • Support our sales director with new and existing customer opportunities

  • Determine and communicate new selling options to customers.

  • Analyze critical processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Liaise with customers and our internal production planning

  • Order management while assisting logistics to ensure that product arrives to customers

Skills and qualifications that are essential include:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing

  • Experience selling salmon, fish, seafood or protein

  • Experience calling on/selling larger regional chain customers retail, food service or distributors
