Should employment of an an individual hired through this search firm terminate within (*) days from the date employment commences (excluding layoffs, reductions in force, corporate restructuring or lack of work), a full replacement search will be provided to the Client for no additional fee.
*The number of days will be spelled out in the Search Agreement between FishJobs and the Client. Typical guarantee period is 60 days. A Retained Search Agreement will provide a 180-day replacement guarantee.
